Zurich Airport is regularly awarded for its excellent service, short transfer routes, staff friendliness, infrastructure cleanliness and process reliability. Of course, this also includes a pleasant layout of the airport and the associated comfortable acoustic conditions.
Real interior upgrade
With the Impact Acoustic product line, a customized acoustic ceiling design has been realized in various areas at the airport. Visitors, travelers and employees experience the acoustic comfort at the airport every day. And the ceiling design also looks beautiful. A real upgrade to the interior.
The ideal, sustainable solution
The ideal solution for Flughafen Zürich AG. The building is mostly made of concrete slabs. 456,000 PET bottles were upcycled in the realization of this custom-made ceiling installation on a floor area of 10,000 m2. This makes it an extremely sustainable solution. More than 7,600 individual, prefabricated acoustic baffle elements were created for this project.

How are the acoustics in your building?
Many workplaces in the Netherlands do not comply with the noise standard. Users often don't know how bad the acoustics are because they've gotten used to it. This often results in (physical) complaints such as headache, stress and concentration problems. One good acoustics can prevent this. The specialists at Akoesta are happy to help you with personal advice and, if necessary, with an acoustic measurement.
